Refund policy

If MochaSkills isn’t right for you, we’d rather give your money back than keep it.

Plans (Fresh Roast and Pro)

• Your first payment: ask within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full, no questions.
• Later monthly payments: these aren’t refunded, but you can cancel in one tap in Settings at any time and you won’t be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
• Forgot to cancel and haven’t used the new month at all? Write to us within 7 days of the charge and we’ll refund it.

CV pack and voice credits

• Within 14 days of buying, we’ll refund whatever you haven’t used: the full price if untouched, or the unused share if you’ve used some (for example, 4 of 10 CVs used means 60% back).
• After 14 days, unused CVs and credits stay in your account; they don’t expire.

When something goes wrong

If a feature you paid for didn’t work (a CV that failed to build, voice that cut out), we refund or restore it, whenever it happened. Voice minutes lost to a technical failure are returned automatically.

Your legal rights

EU consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. Because MochaSkills starts working for you straight away, that right ends once you’ve fully used what you bought, which is why this policy is more generous than the law requires. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

How to ask

Request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net (look up your order with the email you paid with), or email [email protected] from your account email and we’ll sort it with Paddle for you. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes every refund back to the card or method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
